It’s Spring time! It is time to put together Spring fashions for my two girls! Our fashion list includes: dresses, leggings, shorts, skirts, capris’ and tops! Plus let’s not forget the accessories to go with these fun fashions!
Spring Fashion Colors And Prints
When purchasing Spring fashions for my girls I look for pastel colors such as purples, pinks, melons and other light colors, keeping it light and airy. Plus it is not just colors that I look for, it’s pattern designs such as flowers, pastel plaids and ruffles. All which scream Spring time! Comfort is a big factor also, why not look cut and be comfortable too?
How To Pull Girl’s Spring Fashions Together
Not only is it all about the clothing, there are shoes, purses and accessories too! Stick with sandals and other fun open strappy type shoes for my girls. Saving money with using solid colored shoes that they can wear with many outfits. Like most girls they like bling so I try to find shoes with rhinestones or other sparky accents to them! Colors such as white, pinks and silver. Plus with open toes shoes let’s not forget to keep those toe nails need painted!
Accessorize With Jewelry
What little girl does not like jewelry? These days most girls have their ears pierced so a nice small hoop set of earrings or studs are perfect for Spring time fashion. Accent it with a bracelet, necklace or ring to match the outfit!
Spring Hair-Do’s
Since the weather tends to be nice during Spring we tend to spend quite a bit of time outdoors. With the warmer weather keep girls hairstyles simple. A suggestion would be to keep girls hair short or pull it up in up-do’s to keep the back of their necks cool and hair not sticking to them. Simple do’s such as a traditional pony tail or a braid. Change it up a bit with pig tails or add twists, smaller braids, cotton headbands and accent with hair bows or other fun hair clips. Big flowers hair clips are another fun fashion in a girls hair too! For an extra twist add these flowers to hats too!
Find All Spring Fashions On
Overall I say keep it simple! If you can use some of the clothing items from the year before that helps the expense. If dresses have gotten too short you can get away with using some them as a shirt or tunic, then just add leggings, shorts or capri’s underneath them. Mix it up too buy using solid shirts with pattern shirts or carpi’s. Create your own fashion sense and have fun!
