I love this time of the year, I pull out all our Christmas books and the kids and I sit and read them throughout the month of December. I choose books specifically for the different ages we have. Some books sing, some are flap books, some have puzzles in them while others are just simple reads.

We have a couple of wonderful musical books of Silent NIght & Little Town of Bethlehem. My 2 year old loves these. At the end of silent night, there is the nativity scene & every time she sees baby Jesus, she hugs herself & says “awwwwww”.

I love this time of the year, the books are amazing; my favorite of course is the night before christmas and anything that tells the Christmas Story… we have a 12 day of Christmas Book Countdown and love it..thanks for sharing, great book ideas
Great recommendations. We have several of these and love them.
This is a great list. It looks like I have some books to add to my daughter’s library. (love that) A book my toddler and I are enjoying this year is “Room for a Little One: A Christmas Tale” by Martin Waddell. It’s a great board book with a sweet message and lovely pictures.
Not only do we enjoy books listed here we also spend time creating our own Christmas stories. We have a lot of fun with making up what Santa’s elves do for fun when they are not working and how Santa spends his days after Christmas.
