20 Green Recipes For Saint Patrick’s Day!

Saint Patrick’s Day is just around the corner! My family really did not do much for Saint Patrick’s Day until a cousin of mine sent me my family tree that dated back to the mid-1800s which showed that I have Irish ancestors! Pretty cool, huh? I decided to do something different this year for Saint Patrick’s day other than eating the typical Saint Patrick’s Day foods – corn beef and cabbage. Why not have a little fun and eat some green healthy foods? Make some shamrock and/or rainbow crafts with your kids, wear green and eat make some recipes using green foods. What green foods? Here is a great list of those foods. Many of them are low carb which is perfect for my family!
