I am going to share a little problem I have. Most women have this problem and do not tell anyone because it’s so embarrassing. What’s the problem? Light bladder leakage. For me it started when I was 32 years old when we had our 1st son. I need to look into this while I’m exercising. I have major issues when I exercise so I need something at that time.

I asked my ob/gyn about this while my boys were still young. He told me most women deal with it and it’s quite normal, most people just aren’t willing to discuss it publicly.
