My son likes making pudding. No help needed from mom, he makes it all on his own which is nice because he contributed to a dessert I made for the kids last week.
Cookie Pudding Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 Box Chocolate Pudding
1 Box Vanilla Wafer Cookies
Whip Cream
Rainbow Sprinkle Candies
First make the pudding following the manufacturers directions on the box. Next take one tablespoon of the pudding and dab it on a Vanilla Wafer cookie then place the second cookie on top of the pudding (making it into a “sandwich”). Next drizzle a small amount of whip cream over the top. Finally sprinkle some rainbow sprinkles over the whip cream.
I think next time I am going to add pudding mix into my homemade chocolate chip cookie recipe and see what happens. This one is super easy to make and the best thing about it is that they are small which is great for portion control! What pudding desserts have you made lately?
