Down here in the south we are able to wear summer type footwear almost all year long, at least my family does. As a busy mom I am all about comfort. I avoid wearing certain shoes because they ache my feet. It is bad enough that they hurt enough because I never have 5 seconds most days to sit down. So when it comes to footwear I look for comfort and durability. When I can across Kamik I was thrilled to try a brand shoes I had never heard of before.

No matter the conditions, you can always journey on. Since we live in Florida we are outside quite a bit so footwear MUST be durable. Even though we are called the “Sunshine State” the sun is not always shinning. During hurricane season it rains a lot so shoes must hold up to both types of weather conditions.
The Kamik Sandbank women’s sandals are so comfortable. Lined with a EVA Microfiber Lined Foot bed and a quick drying moisture wicking liner. Kamik’s coastal synthetic rubber outer sole makes me feel like I am walking on air! They are perfect for sunny or rainy days as the upper portion of the shoe is made with a waterproof synthetic upper material. These adorable sandals are available in two colors; black or red and ranging in sizes to 6 to 11.
My 8 year old son is the pickiest child I know when it comes to shoes. They have to feel, fit and look a certain way or else he will not wear them. I have spend a good amount of money on shoes for him that he will never wear because they did not check off all his boxes. Like the Sandbank sandals the Moorings are waterproof with a synthetic upper leather which is a great feature because most kids cannot help themselves from stomping in a rain puddle! The Moorings offers a great design for kids because it is with a one pull bungee lacing system and an adjustable forefoot Velcro strap so not need or tying shoes! Kamik is a pretty new brand for me to hear, but the shoes looks absolutely gorgeous. The colors are sharp & by just seeing the pictures you can guess that the quality of the product is awesome too. Style, Quality & Colors make it the best!
