Chocolate Dipped Frozen Banana Pops Made By Kids (Learn & Link)

My kids love to help out in the kitchen when I am cooking. Depending on the time I let them help and at times I plan special recipes to do with them.

We made this chocolate banana pops yesterday. They were so easy to make and their was no cooking involved. It was a very simple recipe and great to make with younger children too.

Chocolate Dipped Frozen Banana Pops

Chocolate Banana

Ingredients:

Banana’s

Chocolate (semi-sweet chocolate chips)

Candy toppings

Popsicle sticks

First cut the banana’s in half then peel them away from their peels. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, mix then microwave from another minute.  Gently place a Popsicle stick in the banana’s and dip one at a time in the chocolate then sprinkle the candy topping over the melted chocolate. Lay each on down on either a silicone baking mat or on parchment/wax paper and place in the freezer for at least one hour.
