There are so many pots and pans on the market that are riddled with teflon coating. Did you know that this wears off and can get into your food? I do not know about you but I do not want my family eating this. The healthy solution to this is the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri.
So what makes the Green Earth Pan different from any other pan? First it is an ultra-safe 100% PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) and PFOA (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid) free ceramic pan with a non-stick coating from Germany. The EPA has classified these chemicals as ‘persistent pollutant of the environment’.
Made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that allows for even cooking and fantastic browning without hot spots. The Green Earth Pan has elevations of the textured cooking surface which creates air pockets that distributes heat underneath food to enhance cooking performance. Plus the pan being chemical free and eco-friendly this pan is durable with a scratch-resistant than any other non-stick surfaces. Making for a quick clean up time.
I made Homestyle Cheesy Hashbrowns and I was amazed how nicely this pan cooked everything evenly and how clean up time was a snap. No food stuck to the pan, I gave it a quick clean with a soapy cloth, no scrubbing or allowing it to soak like I have had to do with other pans.
- 5 Medium sized potato (any type)
- 1 Tsp Olive oil
- 1 Pepper (any type, I prefer yellow peppers) diced
- 1 Small onion diced
- 1/2 Cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- First clean all vegetables thoroughly. Peel the potato and cut into chunks. Place the potato into a boiling pot of water, while that is cooking until softened drizzle olive oil into the Green Earth Pan and allow pan to get hot. Then add the peppers and onions into the Green Earth Pan and sautee. Once the potatoes have softened from the boiling water add to the peppers and onion mixture and cook until they are firm and crispy. Once they are cooked drizzle the cheese on the top and give a quick stir while in the pan so that the cheese melts evenly. Salt and pepper to taste.
The Green Earth Pan is made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals. Accompanied with a comfortable heat resistant silicone coated handle and a magnetized induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer.
The Green Earth Pan comes in 3 sizes: 8″, 10″ and 12″ which is perfect for any application. Prices start at $25.95 and up. These wonderful products are fully covered by our manufacturer’s warranty too!
What is your favorite recipe on the stove top? Is it messy and hard to clean? You will not have any problem with clean up with the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri!
