Our family will be doing quite a bit of traveling in the months ahead. With 5 children packing can be daunting. So I put together a family travel check list to make it easier for myself and I am sharing it with you to help you out on your travels as well.
It covers everything to clothing, toiletries, for the car ride, hotel stay as well as an other area to add other items in. I hope you will find it as useful as I do. I definitely need anything I can to keep me organized!

THats a great check list. I never realized how daunting it can be to travel with kids until I saw everything I pack in list form! lol
I also start with a list. It usually begins about a week before hand and grows as I think of things.
This is handy. We don’t travel a lot but having a checklist is a great idea.
I do lists too but I love this one. Comprehensive!

This is awesome thanks! 5 kids- whoa, and I thought packing for 3 kids was terrible, I can’t imagine!! You’d need to rent a UHaul!! lol

Oh thankyou for this! We are going away for a couple of weeks in the summer and I ALWAYS forget something! Last time I tried letting the kids pack for themselves and my daughter didnt pack underwear. Guess the apple doesnt fall far from the tree!
Packing with two kids is daunting I can’t imagine 5! I try to pack all of us in one suitcase for each hotel. Then we don’t have to unload 4 suitcases every stop we make. It keeps us from having to re-pack the car at every stop as well.
That is such a good idea to do a check list and yours is a very comprehensive list. It will sure save time when packing for trips!
