My son specifically asked me to make him strawberry shortcake cupcakes for his birthday, so I did. These cupcakes are super easy to make.
Ingredients:
Regular Boxes Cake Mix
Fresh Strawberries
Strawberry Jam
Cool Whip
First Make your cupcakes according to the box directions. Once the cupcakes are baked and cooled down cut each cupcake in half.
On the bottom portion of the cupcake spread the strawberry jam, then put both sides back together. On the top of the cupcake drizzle more strawberry jam and a dollop of Cool Whip then garnish with a fresh strawberry which I cut in half.
My daughter is already asking me to make this for her next birthday for a Strawberry Shortcake party!
