We had the opportunity to review Calabot:
This unique robot is made from recycled cardboard with a layer of white paper that makes decorating the robot easy and fun. Let your imagination fly when you decorate this robot. Use colors, paint, stickers, cable pieces and other items from your home to make it even more unique and personal. Assembly requires grown-up help. All pieces are pre-cut and pre-punched, no need for scissors or glue. A great family or father-son-project! Assembled size is approximately 21″ x 16″ x 9″ Recommended for 5 and up.
My Review: This was a perfect family bonding time as my husband 3 older children and I gathered around and colored with crayons and markers the Calabot cardboard pieces. Then my husband and I constructed the robot. My only suggestion is that maybe the manufacturer stamp the pieces with either numbers or letters on the backs to make it a bit easier to constuct. There are several steps in making the Calabot but once it’s completed the children admired their masterpiece!
