Listerine Oral Care Challenge Part 1 of 2

I have been presented an opportunity do a Listerine Oral Care Challenge with my family, I was sent the following products for my family for the next few months.

The power of Listerine Antiseptic comes from a formula of four essential oils that kill millions of germs on contact. With a fixed combination of eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salicylate, and thymol continues to deliver unsurpassed results. Listerine Total Care Zero has the same benefits less intensity and zero alchohol.
Listerine Smart Rinse which is a post-brush anticavity fluoride rinse for kids six and up that helps clean and protect teeth beyond brushing alone. The magnetic clearning action attracts particles, showing kids what brushing may have missed.

Reach Brand Total Care dental floss is the only dental floss with flexible micro grooves technology. It slides like glide and removes more plaque.  Reach Access Flosser easily gets to 100% of hard to reach places for an ultimate clean. With toothbrush like handle and disposable snap on heads, makes flossing a snap!

Reach Toothbrushes which are purposly designed to feel better in your hand which freshens your breath, gently massages gums and removes plaque all at the same time!
Our current oral care for our children are brushing their teeth morning and night, at times using their Listerine Smart Rinse. Every 6 months our 6 and 4 year old go to the dentist for their cleanings. Our 2 year old will start her check ups at the dentist when she turns 3 in April. Our oldest son who is 6 has lost 6 teeth so far and now has 3 adult teeth that have come in unfortunately has already had a tiny cavity in a baby tooth. We have stressed the importance to him that now that his adult teeth are coming in brushing and flossing are very important so that he does not get anymore cavities. At his last dental cleaning/check up the dentist told us to have him start flossing so we will be using our new products sent to us to do so. Our baby now has 2 1/2 teeth we will start using a baby tooth brush to clean his teeth to get him in the habit.
My husband and myself also go for our dental checks ups every 6 months. Unfortunately I recently had a cavity and had it filled. I need to be more in a routine of brushing twice a day instead of just mornings. With 4 children I tend to be so tired at night before bed that I just haven’t been brushing my teeth every night before bed, only sometimes. My husband on the other hand is much better about it than I am. I am hoping this Oral Care challenge will get me to be on top of it more and make me more accountable for me!
“I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Listerine and received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.”
