Months ago my son & I started a literature notebook, we were reading through the nursery rhymes, fables, etc. We would read them and then accompany them with a craft. Somehow we stopped doing this so when I stubbled across a storyboard felt board box at our library I quickly grabbed it. For the next few weeks we will be reading nursery rhymes, fables, etc. and using The Storyboard Storytelling Case felt board and then accompanying them with a craft. Along with reading the story in the storytelling case I found at Goodwill The Christian Mother Goose Book, that has the same stories but in Christian form.
Here are our resources for the next few weeks:
There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly
The craft came from Enchanted Learning (there is a membership fee)
Mary Had a Little Lamb
The craft idea came from First School
handprint lamb
Little Miss Muffet
For Itsy Bitsy Spider & Little Miss Muffet we did this craft – spider handprints
Check back next week for more of our literature series!

Your library is awesome. I am sure you will have a lot of fun playing with this set. I also like the crafts you do to support the nursery rhymes.
