We had a tour w/ one of our homeschool groups yesterday at a local nature center. The tour was focused on Native Plants and Animals to our home state.
1st we walked through the nature trail.

Then they brought out animals from the nature center exhibits for the kids to see up close

Wow, that sounds like an amazing outing, snake skin and all. Little J loves stuff like that too.
