My toddlers received this book as a gift & loves it. We hae used other little pieces of food other than Cheerios, today jumping bean used organic raisins. After putting them in each die cut hole then he would gobble them up. This is a fun way for your little one to play with their food & learning dexterity at the same time!
This simple board book asks youngsters to play with their food–specifically Cheerios breakfast cereal. Each page has die cut holes to place the little round circles of cereal. A monkey needs help juggling his cereal. A seal needs two cereal “balls” to balance. The flowers need some cereal centers. A leopard is missing spots and the child is asked to decorate butterfly wings. An adult can count the flowers, insects, and animals for the child. Dexterity is required of small fingers to pick up and place the tiny edible circles in the correct place.
