My son who will be 4 years old next month finally got his first “offical” haircut. Remember this post? I was tired of people calling my son a girl and telling me to cut his hair. Well, I had no choice. As much as I LOVED his hair, the blonde curls my son came to my husband and I and asked for us to cut his hair. He said he didn’t like it in his face, it was too hot and that he’s a boy and he doesn’t like being called a girl. How could I say no? I didn’t want to but it is his hair. I cried as they cut his hair and I took oodles of pictures.

I still can’t believe it, one might say it’s only hair, to me it was more (I am VERY sentimental). It was his baby hair. Plus this child is SO spunky that the hair suited him perfectly but even with his new haircut he’s still the same wild spunky little boy! He’s happy, he loves running his fingers through the back. Plus he is happy no more conditioning and crying when I brushed his hair and most of all nomore tangles! Now I only have one who gives me a hard time with tangles, my 2 year old daughter!
