I am so glad at the age of eight years old my oldest daughter still enjoys play with dolls.  She makes sure they are neatly dressed and placed on her doll bunk bed.  Her favorite thing is to have doll tea parties with her little sister and their dolls. It melts my heart.  Her newest doll is a Strarpath Doll

Starpath Dolls are not your typical doll.  These four beautiful dolls were created to inspire a love of reading while encouraging girls to see themselves in worlds outside their own. Choose from any of the four dolls —Morning Star, Shining Star, Wishing Star, and Wandering Star—and then create girl’s can personalize their adventure story in a chapter book.   Girl’s can even re-name each doll plus answer a series of fun questions about their world and favorite things. These details are woven throughout every page of the book, making it truly their story.

My daughter chose the Wishing Star doll because it reminded her of one of her friends in our homeschool group.  Each doll measures 18.5 in height and comes with a cloth body as well as movable limbs and head.  The clothing is beautifully and fashionably designed for each doll. These dolls are a wonderful way to get girl’s to read this summer!  Starpath Dolls are available for $79.00 and the chapter books for $20.00 or $15.00 for an e-book. Additional doll clothing and accessories are also available.  Which Starpath Doll is your favorite?

  1. These look like awesome dolls. Since they are a little over 18″, I wonder if they would fit American Girl Dolls, and other clothes that fit 18″ dolls.

This doll is so adorable. My daughter already loves to read but this would be an even better interaction to put along with it.

  3. Starpath Dolls would be a great gift for my Daughter. It is so important to encourage kids to read.

This Starpath Doll is so pretty. I know a few kids that would love one. Reading is something I have always encouraged my Son to love. We go to the Library once a week to get a new book.

  5. My niece would love these dolls. I’d never heard of them before so thanks for the introduction. My favourite is Morning Star since she looks a bit like my niece.

  6. I love the Shining Star doll, but that might just be because her outfit is adorable!

  7. Wow, I’ve never heard of these dolls before. So cool that they were made to encourage reading.

  8. I totally support companies and products that make a positive difference in the world. A doll that promotes reading in a culture where we are losing reading to watching things on social media, this is important.

  9. My daughter still loves dolls, we’ll have to check these ones out for sure. They are adorable!

  10. I hadn’t heard of these dolls before. I love seeing toys come to the market that make education and learning fun and relatable.
