Mama to 5 Blessings blog belongs to Mama to 5  Blessings, as a homeschool mom I enjoy sharing teaching ideas with other homeschool moms. I ask that you please DO NOT cut & paste or use my children’s pictures on your blog or web-site. ALL pictures are property of Mama to 54 Blessings.  Using other’s images on the web without permission may be bad manners, or worse copyright infringement! If you are going to share my ideas please be kind and note where you received the content from and again do not use my pictures.

 

GIVEAWAYS  

Mama to 5 Blessings makes every effort to stay on top of the FTC regulations. These rules/policies have been set up to adhere to FTC rules and regulations. By entering any of Mama to 4 Blessings contests, you certify that you are 18 years old or older and that you agree with the rules outlines in this giveaway policy. At this time, unless noted otherwise, giveaways are only open to U.S residents. All giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

At this time Mama to 5 Blessings giveaways are held on Rafflecopter which is the easiest way entrants to enter a giveaway. It is a self explained form which I allow several different kinds of entry methods giving the entrant several opportunities to enter.

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its related entities, from any and all claims and liabilities arising from or in connection with the entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and the receipt and use of any Prize or Grand Prize.

All giveaways AND promotions on Mama to 5 Blessings is in NO way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. At this time, due to Facebook Rules we are unable to ask our readers to comment on your Facebook page. It can be asked to have them “like” your page but no comments and not as a mandatory entry. We always make liking your Facebook page a way to gain an additional entry into the contest. We also promote your newsletters, Twitter, website and any other social networking you may have. Per FTC regulations, we are unable to ask readers to make a purchase in order to participate in the giveaway.
 

WINNERS

All winners will be e-mailed privately by Mama to 5 Blessings.  The winner will have 48 hours to respond or the prize will be forfeited.  All prizes will be shipped from the sponsoring company which may take up to 8 weeks. Mama to 5 Blessings is not responsible for prize fulfillment, although we will make every effort to get you your prize.

 

DISCLOSURE POLICY

Mama to 5 Blessings will never sell your private information including email address to third parties. The winner’s information will be emailed to the sponsoring company for prize fulfillment. The views & opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blog owners. If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. PR FRIENDLY 

Mama to 5 Blessings is a very PR friendly blog. I would love to do product reviews! I would be interested in doing reviews that are child friendly related products: clothing, toys, food, homeschooling, educational, games, etc. I would also be interested in reviewing household, travel,  Christian / Bible,  organic products, health / beauty  and clothing.

In doing reviews I highly suggest offering a giveaway for your product. I find that this promotes more interest as well as leading bloggers to your web-site. When I host giveaways if the company I am reviewing & offering a giveaway for that have Facebook and/or Twitter I lead the blogger to follow you. Promoting your company to the very best of my ability!

Mama to 5 Blessings does not complete product reviews on sample size products, and we are not responsible for shipping fees. Due to overwhelming demand, all reviews AND giveaways must be on products (or a combination of products) with a value of $25 USD or more.  Once product had been reviewed Mama to 5 Blessings will not send back product to sponsor. Product reviewed is compensation for product post. If you have press kits, videos, or pictures that you would like to have in your product review please include them as well. While I will not post a negative review, I will offer my honest opinion if there is a feature I do not like. If I am not satisfied with the product, I will contact the company directly. All reviews will be completed within 45 days of receiving the product in the mail.
