Our family loves Disney so when we were selected to host a Disney Side party we were thrilled to be able to share our love of Disney with some friends. The weather has been so beautiful out that I wanted to use the great outdoors as our party place!

Our party kicked off by the kids playing in the water fountains. Having some splashing good ol’ fun! The kids splashed, squirted and poured water until they were water-logged!

They played so hard they definitely worked up an appetite! On the menu: Mickey Mouse shaped sandwiches, salad, Craisins and Chips! Time to refuel for more energy for more Disney fun!

Then it was time for more Disney Side fun. I had given the children Mickey Mouse shaped sugar cookies, icing and sprinkles for them to decorate.  This was a hit, they loved putting their personal touch on their tasty treat!

My husband had made a Mickey Mouse Balloon Dart Board game (click here for the tutorial). Starting with the youngest to oldest the kids each had a chance to pop the balloons.  Surprisingly even the little ones were able to pop the balloons. If you ever do this at a park or outside remember the grass pops balloons easily – I forgot about that but it didn’t stop all the fun!

Then it was onto the craft —- Mickey Mouse spray t-shirts! (click here for the tutorial). Once the kids made their shirts and laid them flat in the sun they accented them with the fabric markers. One of the children even had everyone at the party sign her shirt!

Before it was time to go I passed out Disney goodies to the kids and their moms to enjoy. It was a jam-packed afternoon of pure Disney fun!
