Last year my boys decided that they wanted a Christmas tree in their bedroom so I purchased a small artificial tree for them and they made Lego ornaments out of their Lego’s and hung them on their tree. They mostly used pre-made Lego figures but this year they decided to make all homemade ornaments, not using any pictures or directions but all done by scratch!
Materials Needed:
Lego Bricks
Embroidery Floss
An Imagination
After my kids made their Lego ornaments I took Embroidery floss and tied in a knot then lifted off the top few pieces of their ornament sandwiching the floss and the Lego so that they do not fall off. Then my kids hung their Lego creations on their tree. What a fun way to enjoy their creations this time of the year! They spent two nights making these ornaments, I love when they play and create with their Lego’s – their personality comes out in their creations!
