I am totally trying to change my children’s diet with more fruits and veggies since my daughter was diagnosed with an immature immune system and after reading that sugar suppresses the immune system. So I am on a journey to find healthier options for my children and in doing so I have had to get creative for them to eat what I have made!
I used orange and green peppers to make a flower. It was easy to do because if you cut the pepper sideways it creates a circle type design which is the top of the flower. Then with the green peppers I made the flower stem and leaves. In the center of the flower is humus which they use for dipping their veggies in!
Then using an yellow pepper, humus, seedless cucumber, grapes and a baby carrot I made veggie faces. I used the humus to keep the face intact and for dipping the veggies in.
