Most people have a fear of something but as adults we can work through it easier than children can. Children have a fear of something. My little guy has a fear of the dark and spiders. As a mom it takes encouraging and reassuring him that it is okay when he see’s a spider. When’s it’s night time and his room is dark his night light helps but he still has the fear and likes to sleep with the bedroom closest light on as well as a night light. Sometimes children need something special to make them feel confident. Worry Eaters is a line of plush dolls that perform a miraculous deed – they eat childhood fears!
Each whimsical plush character has a hang tag that explains to tots as young as 3 years that if they write their concern on paper — or draw it if too young to write — and tuck it into the plush’s zippered mouth, their Worry Eater will hold on to that fear for them, so they can get a good night’s sleep. In the morning, their fears usually don’t look so large after all!
My little ones enjoy their Worry Eater: Pomm. They can make drawings or write out their fears and then give them to his Worry Eater. The outcome of casting any fear in Pomm’s zippered mouth is that it gives them a sense of peace. During the day they can keep his little treasures in Pomm’sd zippered mouth for safe keeping. What a great dual purpose!
Worry Eaters has just come out with SIX new cuddly characters in two different sizes (small and large). Small is available for $15.99, large for $22.99. All characters are available for purchase directly from Worry Eaters web-site.

I would love Enno. These are so neat. My son has autism and he stresses all day long. Maybe something like this would help him.
