My four year old son has been potty trained for about two years now but he still has an issue with wetting the bed at night. He says disposables are for babies. This is a great alternative to making them wear diapers or putting plastic or rubber mats beneath the sheets! When my niece and nephew get to that age I might just have to get some of these for them 🙂

This is the first time I’ve heard of Good Nites ( I’ve not seen it here in my country yet ) and I think it’s an awesome product – very practical and convenient for parents. I can imagine how tedious it must be to always wash the sheets.
Bed wetting is such a sensitive topic. It has to be approached with care. I believe these products are a good temporary solution.
The color do come in child-friendly schemes. This would train them faster in their toilet habits without the embarrassment of wetting their beds.

We didn’t go this route, instead elected to get a special mattress cover and made sure the route to the bathroom was clear. Took a bit, but eventually got over it!

I love these! I have a three year old that has been potty trained for a year but still has nighttime accidents that don’t wake him up. These would be perfect since he, too, thinks pull ups are for babies.

One of our pediatricians from where we used to live had told me she’s seen 10-year olds struggling with bed-wetting … and here we are at 8! It’s tough for boys to understand that it’s okay and will not last forever. I have seen these and wondered if they would work well for those who sleep so hard and do have plenty going in at night! We may have to give them a try… I’ve just hesitated thinking they may not hold enough.
I am so glad you posted this because my 7 year old she still wet’s the bed at night. She’s develmentally behind with a rare genetic disorder called 22q11.2 deletion syndrome and a mild form of cerebral palsy. I have been looking into the Goodnights like the underpants one but I didn’t know anyone else who used them. We have been using Tinkerbell GoodNights so excited to give these a try.
I think we will have to try these soon. My son has no interest in potty training.

My kids never really wet the bed when they were younger but I understand not wanting to wear pull ups. I’m glad there is a good solution for older kids so they aren’t ashamed of bed-wetting.
