For just about every holiday I make a sensory bin for my toddler and preschooler but this Easter/spring I decided to make an activity table instead where I have several activities contained for the month of April. I did not go out and buy anything for this table, I used what I had. Most of what I used was from the Dollar Tree, last Easter or recycled. I used our water play table that we cleaned up from being outside and I set everything in our table so that it was all in one area.
Mini Easter erasers
egg cartons
spoon/tweezers
Several Easter/Spring containers
Flower drink stirrers
Plastic frogs
Small artificial flowers and baskets
Bunny peg game
Cross shape maze games
Books:
Montessori:
Transferring mini Easter erasers
Putting eggs and other Easter type containers together
Placing items in the eggs cartons with the tweezers
Matching bunny pegs into peg opening toy
Opening and closing containers
Other activities:
Looking at Easter books
Counting various items
Naming the colors of the items
The 2 children play together and hide some of the small objects in the container and the other child finds it.
