I purchased a big container of quick cooking oats to make my kids oatmeal for breakfast but after making it several different times they didn’t take to it so I needed to find a use for the rest of the quick cooking oats. So I decided to make cookies, not just your normal oatmeal cookies but adding other fun goodies to the cookies so that my kids would eat them. It worked and they ate them but the best part is they loved them!
