My husband loves to bake so this time of the year I get excited when he goes to the farmers market and purchases baking pumpkins so he can make his homemade pumpkin pies. (I will share that recipe with you soon). I like to roast the pumpkin seeds from these sweet little baking pumpkins. Here is an easy recipe on how to roast delicious and flavorful pumpkin seeds.
There just not enough seeds in pumpkins because my kids got a hold of them and scarfed them down quickly!

This is a tradition at my daughters home as her husband makes these every year. They are very good.
Fresh baked pumpkin seeds are some of the best things in the world to eat. Seeing the photo of them above reminded me of many happy days.
I love roasting pumpkin seeds! I usually roast them at least a couple times a month in Oct. and Nov.
My oldest daughter LOVES roasted pumpkin seeds! I am going to have to do this for her with our pumpkin seeds that she saved when we carved the pumpkin!
I can’t get enough of Pumpkin seeds and they’re never quite as good as home made on Halloween. The prepackaged variety just can’t compete.
this looks great! I’d love to have you link it up to my Tasty Tuesday as well!

I’ve never tried making these, but it sounds yummy. I just might give this homemade roasted pumpkin seed recipe a try.
I love roasting pumpkin seeds. I experiment with different seasonings for a variety of flavors. My kids favorite are the ones with Lawrys season salt. I used franks sauce once and it was yummy…. dont use a lot though. They were very spicy.
