A few weeks back I posted a recipe I made my family for dinner – Chicken Marsala. Instead of using butter I decided to use I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter! instead and I was amaze how nice and creamy the sauce turned out! I decided to put my family to the test…………… I made homemade chocolate chip cookies using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! verses regular butter.
Ingredients:
2 sticks of I Can’t Believe It’s Not butter!
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients together for until everything is fully blended. Then bake for 9 to 11 minutes on 350 degrees.
The cookies turned out soft and moist. My family had not clue that I had switched out the butter and used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! From now on we are using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! I love how they offer it in stick form which is great for cooking and baking and in tub form which is softer great for smearing on toast, pancakes and waffles!
