In our home we have been using 4X Pro-B Digestive Care Probotics for over a month now which we purchased from Costco.com. Costco is necessary for our large family to shop at bi-weekly. My oldest son is now learning how to ride his bike with no training wheels, he is excited, so our family is taking more walks which is great exercise for our family!
Wishing we started these adjustments in our lifestyle earlier then we would have been in much of a healthier predicament.
