Egg Activities (Tot & Tiny Tot School)

Jumping Bean is 31 months
Baby Cat is 11 months
This week we utilized the dozens & dozens of plastic Easter eggs I keep each year.
The 1st acitivity Jumping Bean did was matching the top & bottom 1/2 of the egg together by color
Then I colored eggs on seperate pieces of paper & had him match the egg to the color egg on the paper.
Then he transferred the eggs from one bowl to another using a large spoon.
Then with the same large spoon I had him walk with 1 egg, trying not to drop it!
Easter craft we did this week
Fun at the beach with his brother & cousins
TINY TOT SCHOOL (BABY CAT)
This week the baby started coloring! All by herself she grabbed her brothers Doodle Board & started coloring!
She took an interest in the Easter eggs too!
Her older brother pushing her on his toy fire truck at Grami’s.
This is Baby Cat’s 1st Easter! I will post pics later!
Have a Happy Resurrection Day! For He has risen!

  1. Love, love, love the activities with the eggs and the spoon. Why didn’t I think of that? I’m going to try that this week. We’ll call it a spring theme instead of Easter.

  2. What a great Easter week! I love that the baby started coloring 🙂 Too cute!

  3. Great week! I love the egg activities. I’m with Giggle Girls, I wish I had thought of using a spoon!

  4. Great Egg ideas! I love the last picture! They are sooo cute!

  5. I’m also loving your egg activities – fun, holiday-themed, and active enough to keep the attention of a little boy!

  6. I love Cat’s first drawing, how sweet! The egg activities look like so much fun, and the picture in the sand is great! What a beautiful family you have. 🙂

  7. I tried so hard to encourage my little one to walk with an egg on a spoon, but no such luck. I think it is so neat how you have several pink eggs for example, but all are slightly different.

  8. These are great! Thanks you for sharing ~ I am a preschool teacher and have started posting ideas that I use with the boys at home. Please stop by sometime!
