My daughter, she is something else! She is a spunky 2 year old with a mind of her own. With 3 brothers she is in a league of her own. At times she drives me crazy but makes me chuckle inside.
Things have to be her way or else………… When she 1st turned 2 if she didn’t like the shoes I chose for her for her to wear for that day she would go and get different one’s to wear. Now her new thing, a nightmare because the laundry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Last night I caught her in her bed wearing her bathing suit! She took off her pajama’s and diaper and threw them on the floor of her bedroom and put her bathing suit on and then her blanket over her as if she was going to sleep in what she had on! She isn’t potty trained so a cloth swim diaper wouldn’t hold anything during the night if I didn’t catch her.
The potty training isn’t going so well either, she hates to be in a dirty diaper, she tells me right away that she needs to be changed but doesn’t want another diaper on she wants to wear nothing. I bought her Cinderella underwear thinking since that is her favorite she would want to wear them, nope! Not only that she will not sit on the potty long enough to go and I have found wet diapers on the floor in her bedroom the next day and a wet bed because she takes the diapers off in the middle of the night!
Back to the laundry, she goes through her dresser drawers tries things on throws the clothes on the floor – it looks like she had a fashion show in her room, what’s clean and dirty? The laundry!!! She laughs, my husband and I are going to put some type of locks on her dresser drawers because it’s driving me crazy!
Is this just a girl thing? She is such a diva! I adore her though, she is my little princess! I wouldn’t have her any other way!
