I have seen this idea Muffin Tin Mom, looking like a great idea I decided to give it a try! Serving my tot’s food in a muffin tin! Most of the blogs I see that have this do it on Monday’s but we are going to use this idea daily. Maybe only 1X a day & to mix it up a bit too using different muffin pans & muffin cups. My jumping bean loves it! We tried it over the weekend. Here is a pic!
Saturday – His muffin pan consists of:
organic carrot sticks
Italian dressing (to dip his carrots in)
organic apple slices
whole wheat bread
pot roast
Sunday’s muffin tin: ham, yogurt & grapes
I didn’t want my preschooler to feel left out so not having another silicone muffin tin I used Spiderman muffin cups for him. I used it for his carrot sticks & dressing. He loved the idea so I am going to get him his own muffin tin!
So fun! I’m glad they enjoyed it. Isn’t it amazing what a muffin tin can do? =)
Great tins! My son loves eating out of a tin. We do in any day that inspires me to do something different for lunch and then post it Monday.

Great tins! My kids would eat every meal from them! And they eat so much more when it’s in a tin!

We also do tins more often than once a week. I used them a lot when my daughter was 2, because the size was just perfect. Now we use them when we need to shake things up or when all I have in the fridge is little bits of leftovers! Serving leftovers in a tin makes ’em special, of course. 🙂
