The Rockboard can be utilized two different ways.
The first is the Rock It where you rock back and forth and the 2nd the Kick Mode. My 6 year old son likes his Rockboard but has found balancing it quite difficult to use in the Rockboard mode and uses his Rockboard in the Kick Mode. Personally I love using the Rockboard in the Rockboard Mode. Once I get on it’s hard to get me off of it. We live on a dead end street and I like to zip up and down the street and watch the kids faces, as I pass by I have heard their comments on how neat the Rockboard is! It’s great for your upper thighs too, I can feel it working on muscles that probably haven’t been used in awhile! For my son we will keep practicing so he too can get the hang of the Rockboard Mode which I am sure will be in no time!
