“I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Little Remedies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.”
Ever since my 4-year-old daughter was diagnosed with allergies and asthma at the age of 2 and was hospitalized with a collapsed lung due to asthma I have been very cautious in our home and when we are out in public. Washing my kids hands, giving them vitamins, staying away from other people/kids when they are sick, adding more fruit and vegetables in our diets and cutting out the sugar. If my daughter gets a cold her asthma flares up and she is wheezing and needs to be placed on her nebulizer. Thankfully she has only been hospitalized one time. This time of the year has been hard to say no to sugar because of the holidays but after doing quite a bit of research I learned that sugar actually weakens the immune system. So how do I get back on track? Buy saying yes to less sugar!
This year, Little Remedies is encouraging consumers to take a pledge to “Say Yes to Less” and start living their lives in a more natural way. Little Remedies will donate one dollar to Make-A-Wish® for the first 100,000 people who take the “Say Yes to Less” pledge.
When taking the pledge there are different options: say yes to less sugar, less waste, less smartphone distraction, less negativity. The choice is up to you what pledge you take. After taking the pledge Little Remedies creates your own pledge page that tracks your progress for 30 days. With options of receiving daily or weekly reminders. Plus it gave me the option of printing a $1.00 off coupon too on a Little Remedies products!
As a mother of 5, I can honestly tell you that I love Little Remedies products.
Why do I love them so much because they offer a range of natural remedies for newborns to children up to age 11, and Little Remedies medicine-based items feature only the necessary ingredients, meaning no artificial flavors, artificial colors, alcohol, saccharin or dyes. I am huge of reading ingredients especially medicines for my children. Definitely avoiding artificial colors and dyes. Children do not need all these harmful chemicals, they do more harm then good.
Want to take the pledge? What will you pledge? Start your New Year on the right foot and take the pledge at Little Remedies “Say Yes to Pledge” web-site.

We use Little Remedies at our house too! It’s so important to know what is in the medicine we are giving our children!
I think it is a great idea to make a pledge and to make it public because the public declaration increases accountability and increases successful achievement.
I have never heard of Little Remedies before, but I am sure I would have used them when my daughter was young. We try to live naturally and with as few chemicasl as possible.

Especially with a little one that has a seizure disorder, I always try to avoid as many chemicals as I can.
