Poloppo is a company with a mission to encourage creativity in children everywhere. One of the simplest ways is to promote children’s art. The refrigerator is a good start, but Poloppo goes a step further! Put your child’s artwork on a t-shirt and you’re getting the message across that their creative efforts are respected and admired. This gives them the encouragement to go on being creative, and creativity is the tool of a bright mind.

The t-me Kit for Kids is a Design-your-own T-shirt Kit that includes everything your child needs to design his or her own wearable artwork. Draw a picture using the markers and blank paper or color in one of the unique designs provided. Choose a favorite t-shirt style from the enclosed catalog, and mail the drawing to us in the pre-paid return envelope. They’ll receive their unique t-shirt within 10-14 days (often sooner).

The t-me Kit includes the cost of one short-sleeved t-shirt as well as all shipping costs both in getting the artwork to Poloppo (with the pre-paid envelope) and in receiving the printed t-shirt. Kids can get creative straight away, or they can send in something they’ve already drawn. They can use any art materials or the markers in the kit and they can also choose to keep the artwork square or have us cut around the image if it’s a floating shape.

All t-shirts are currently American Apparel. Sizes run from 4-12 and the size selection is made on the order form the child sends in with her artwork. The T-me kit’s unique t-shirt-shaped packaging converts into an easel-style picture frame so kids can easily display their favorite artwork. It makes a great gift for any child aged 4-8 (or creative older kids).

My Review:

As a crafty/artsy and homeschool mom, I think the T-me kit is a wonderful way for your child to display their art for everyone to see! I am the type of mom who has my kids artwork displayed all over the place in our home, I do not have the heart to throw any of it away! As my 2 year old (he will be 3 in less than a week) likes to color and has jsut learned how to draw circles when he see’s his masterpiece on his t-shirt he will be so excited! What a great way for your child to feel special making them feel confident in their creations!
