One of my favorite Easter candies are Peeps. I loved them as a child and still do as an adult. Not only are they delicious to eat them as they are but you can incorporate them into recipes as well. They are fun with all the different holiday themes: Christmas trees, bunnies, pumpkins, snowmen and so on.
I remember as a child I would eat the bunny heads off first (yeah I know, demented) and now I catch my kids doing the same. My favorite way to eat Peeps are by opening the package and letting them sit for a few days so they are nice and stale. Yum! My kids like them in s’mores instead of regular marshmallows. The gooey marshmallow sandwiched in between graham crackers and chocolate – drool!!! Here is quite a collection of recipes that are on my list to make this Easter for my kids:

Those are super cute ideas. Peeps are practically made for creating adorable Easter treats like these. They’re perfect!
I just can’t with peeps, but since my twins love them, I’m going to have to check a few of these out!
Every time I go to the store I see peeps everywhere. Keeps has gotten my creative on the flavors that they have. I have seen Smore’s and I have seen chocolate and then just your regular marshmallow flavors. I will have to check through all these and see what I can do with these peeps.
Who knew you could make so many yummy treats with Peeps. My daughter loved Peeps when she was younger.
Peeps are such a classic welcome to Easter kind of treat! Truthfully, I have not bought any this year though!
I love these ideas! And I love peeps which makes this a beautiful combination.
I’m loving this. It wouldn’t be Easter without Peeps!
I know this is going to sound crazy – but I have never had a Peep before! I will have to try some of these ideas.
