Homeschooling is not an easy task. Math is one of the biggest struggles with my oldest son. Let’s face it there are certain things that people are not good at and his is math. So for us it means doubling up on math and incorporating games into his schooling.

I recently installed a math app on his tablet called Zap Zap Math. He is hooked! For someone that cannot stand to do math I have caught him quite a bit playing! This fun app delivers a set of free, higher order thinking games that covers comprehensive math subjects from kindergarten all the way through 6th grade.

My son enjoyed playing Zap Zap Math so much that my eight year old son downloaded it to his tablet too! Games are fast paced, fun and interactive. Children will never get bored with the large selection of 23 games. If 23 games are not enough new games added every two weeks for your child to explore and practice new math topics. These topics include: addition, subtraction, fraction, ratio, multiplication, geometry, expression, coordinates, measurements, angles, time and pre-school math.

The great thing is that parents and teachers are able to track child’s performance on the app dashboard so that they can focus on specific areas that children need to practice on. Zap Zap Math is FREE for **Android** and **IOS** devices.

How are your kids at math? Try Zap Zap Math, it’s free, fun and fantastic to play!

What a great fun and interactive way to practice math. I am loving all of the educational apps that I have been recently seeing.

It really is an awesome way to make it interesting for the kids!

This sounds awesome. My little one struggles in math, so I need all the help I can get.

This sounds like a great math app. I will look into this for my niece and nephew.

These are all great apps. Since my kids are all grown ups now, I guess my grand children will be the ones who will benefit from these. I’ll tell my daughter about them. Thanks for the review.

What an awesome sounding app and the fact it is making someone who doesn’t normally like maths love it speaks volumes 🙂 x

I love that there are apps that are educational as well as fun! Such a great option for the kiddos!

This looks like the coolest app. I think kids are going to have a lot of fun completing all the different math challenges!

This looks like a fun app…anything to making learning fun is a good think in my books.

This is such a great way for kids to learn. Math can be so challenging.

My first son is a wiz at math. My second born needs a little help. This looks like a great app for him!

Oh this sounds really good and i love that it is free! Will check this out for sure.

Thank you for this! My daughter is struggling in math and loves her iPad. This app will be great for her to “practice” her math and have fun at the same time!

This looks like a great app for my kiddos. Anything that helps make math fun gets an A+ from me!

This sounds like a wonderful way to make learning math interesting and fun for kids. I wish there would have been some of these tools available to my kids when they were younger.

I have several kids who love math only if it’s on an electronic. I need to check this game out for them!

I really like how often they add bunches of new games. That is excellent!

Math is seriously the least favorite subject in our house. This sounds like something that could work to maybe even get them a bit more excited and on board with math. I’ll have to check it out.

I agree, Homeschooling is not an easy job & when you have to deal with Math, it is going to be a hectic task for sure. The Zap Zap Math app sounds like a fun idea to make sure kids show more interest in to it & easily learn as well.

How fun! Yea math isn’t much fun these days with common core. I wish the apps would have that in there , otherwise just knowing the answer won’t help them these days.
