As a homeschool family we are able to homeschool anywhere which allows us with several opportunities to travel. Sometimes the car rides can be long so we try to use those moments as “educational moments”. One of the products that is perfect for learning anywhere is the LeapFrog LeapPad Platinum Tablet

LeapPad Platinum Tablet

This all-new tablet features a 7” multi-touch screen with sharp, crisp graphics, a fast and powerful processor and a sleek design.  Every children’s dream tablet, right?! All of this makes the graphics come to life which children will be drawn to and want to learn all while having fun!

The LeapPad Platinum is geared for ages 3 to 9 and with 5 children this age range has something for all my children to enjoy, checking off all the boxes.  For my 6 and 8 year old they like to play with the 6 bonus LeapFrog Imagicard digital game as well as the interactive cards by scanning their interactive cards with the built in camera which allows the cards to come to life unlocking new puzzles and games.

Imagicard Learning card sets include Paw Patrol, Letter Factory Adventures and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The cards can activate up to 20 cards per set and 50+ trivia type questions. Subjects include a variety of games such such as science, math, reading and writing. When they are all done the cards store nicely in their tin containers.

Unlike other tablets the The LeapFrog LeapPad Platinum offers countless safety features such as:

A safe, protected web browser that serves up a ton of kid-appropriate videos and more which are all reviewed or approved by learning experts.

Parental controls with password protected time limits that let parents manage kids’ play, and customize experiences for each age and stage.

Made with a shatter-safe screen and wrap-around bumper to withstand a child’s tough love.  This feature is perfect for my preschooler and toddler!

I am amazed how quick figure out technology, in a snap my kids without my help were able to maneuver this tablet with the touch screen feature.  Also attached to the tablet is a stylus and when in not in use stores easily in the back. LeapFrog has thought of everything in this device!
