How To Store Pool Toys When Not In Use

We do not have a pool in the back yard but we do have a pool in our community. My little ones like to bring pool toys to the pool (water guns, balls, soakers, goggles and other pool toys) but I was lugging them back and forth in a tote bag mixed with pool towels and all the other pool necessitates however, everything was getting wet. Plus when they kids were not playing with the toys they would take awhile to dry and they would stink from not being aired out correctly. So I bought mesh zippered laundry bag.   The mesh material allows the water to drain so the pool toys dry and do not get moldy.

When the kids are not using the pool toys we store them in this bag and in the garage. The next time the kids go to play with them they are dry, not moldy and they do not stink!  I assign one of my children each trip to the pool in charge of the bag which means they have to clean up the toys from the pool area, drain as much water from the toys, place the toys in the bag and bring them back home.  These bags are an inexpensive way to save money on not having to purchase new pool toys and aggravation!
