Pepperoni Pizza Puff Pockets #PizzaGoodness

My kids love pizza, they would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I let them. So when we did a homeschool unit study on Italy we came up with a fun recipe to go along with it. I gathered all the ingredients together and told my son how to put them all together and he came up with this fun recipe:

Ingredients
  1. 1 Can of Grands biscuits
  2. Pasta sauce
  3. Pepperoni Mini's
  4. Mozzarella Sliced Cheese
Instructions
  1. Peel Grands biscuits apart. Since these biscuits are thick you can peel them into several layers. Take each layer and stretch it out and put in a muffin pan with the extra biscuit over the edges. Next add a spoonful of pasta sauce. Then tear up a slice of mozzarella cheese and place them over the sauce. After the cheese add the mini pepperoni and a 1/2 of tablespoon of pasta sauce. Finally fold up the access biscuit over the sauce and cheese making sure all the ingredients are tightly inside and then bake using the Grands biscuit directions.

pepperoni pizza puff collage This is one of the easiest ways to enjoy pizza especially a recipe kids can make! If you did not want the pepperoni leave them out. The great thing about this recipe is that you can change it up several ways by adding vegetables, bacon, etc. Or if have more than one child and they do not all like the same ingredients you can tailor it to their liking.    What pizza recipes have you made lately? There are so many delicious ways to make them these days! Our family cannot get enough of pizza, we made a dessert pizza a few months back also that did not last long in my home! hat are your favorite ways to make pizza? Yum
