When visiting Disney you have to keep up your energy right? Watching parades, shows and, riding the rides, takes energy!  To do so, Disney has amazing restaurants! Start your day off with a hardy safari breakfast at Animal Kingdom’s Tusker House. Safari Donald Duck and his friends quack you up at the wildest character breakfast! The breakfast includes traditional American fare, plus unique dishes with flavorful African influences.  With a menu that includes fresh dishes like Mickey waffles, beef Bobotie to Ham and Cheese Frittata. Great way to get you fueled for the day!

Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth while at the Disney parks?  All Disney parks offer amazing desserts! They look like pieces of artwork, you kind of hate to eat them  because they are so pretty but once you take your first bite there is no turning back, hmmm so amazingly delicious!

For a nice authentic Italian meal Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano at Hollywood Studio’s offers just that!  We started with appealing appetizers  like; Fresh Mozzarella and Vine-ripened Tomatoes, Seared Fennel-Crusted Tuna or Crispy Calamari. For dinner my tween sunk his teeth into a Flatbread Pizza while I savored the Penne Pasta with chicken.  You cannot leave without trying the amazing desserts! The Dessert Sampler has a little bit of everything from miniature versions of Mama’s favorite Desserts: Amarettini Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Cannoli Cake! Trust me you will leave feeling completely satisfied!

A quick tip though, since all of these restaurants are so popular I recommend calling and making a reservations.  Check out Disney’s dining menu, they have so many places to chose from! Whether they are character restaurants, sit down restaurants, or just a quick bite and then head back to the attractions. What dining experiences have you had at Disney World?

The best thing about dining at Disney, though, is how great they are about accommodating people with special dietary needs. Both my son and father in law have sensitivities/allergies and I never have to worry about a reaction at Disney because they can tell you exactly what is in every dish.
