My kids and I have a new favorite movie —- Big Hero 6! Another brilliant Disney movie! Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name, and featuring breathtaking action with all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, “Big Hero 6” is directed by Don Hall (“Winnie the Pooh”) and Chris Williams (“Bolt”), and produced by Roy Conli (“Tangled”).
“Big Hero 6” is an action-packed comedy-adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred.
When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery.
I went into this movie with low expectations thinking this looks like a boy movie but I was completely wrong! Big Hero 6 was not only an action packed movie but it has a heartfelt story line. I had actually got teary eyed in certain scenes! Plus it was suspenseful and had an unexpected twist in the end! When the movie was over my kids and I wanted to sit and watch it again!
Big Hero 6 film hits theaters in 3D tomorrow (Friday) November 7, 2014. This movie is a must see for all ages!

I’ve been hearing great things about this movie! We’re all big “kids” in my house, but we pretty much love all things Disney so we have to check it out.

I’m loving kids movies lately, I remember there was a time in my 20’s I thought it was “lame” to go. But now that I have nephews – I actually enjoy them, and who knew they had subtle adult humor interjected into the script. It’s awesome.
I just saw Big Hero 6, and it is without a doubt the coolest movie I’ve seen in a long time. Baymax is awesome.

I never heard of this movie until the hubs showed me the other day. Not sure how that happened, LOL, but we’re planning on taking the kids to see it next weekend. They can’t wait!

I saw the previews a few weeks back and thought this film looked hilarious. I don’t have kids and generally don’t go to animated films when they are in the theatre but I will definitely get this on Netflix when it comes out!

I saw the trailer ( and it was both cute and hilarious! ) of this months ago and I knew P wanted to watch it but we ended up watching Jon Wick yesterday. We should’ve watched this instead.
