Our New Pet ~ Cheeky Charlie From Little Live Pets

I wrote this post on behalf of Little Live Pets and their PR Company.  Mama to 5 Blessings received a Little Live Pet in exchange for an honest review. This is not a sponsored review and all views and opinions are of my own and were not influenced in any way.

My kids have been wanting a pet for quite sometime but my daughter has terrible allergies plus with five children I do not have time to clean up after any pets. So the next best thing are the Little Live Pets.

The Little Live Pets Bird tweet, sing and talk! You can listen to your pet talk back to you and repeatswhat you say. Pat your bird and hear it tweet happily as it responds to your touch. The more you play with your bird the happier it becomes, when your bird is super happy it will even whistle you a special tune!”

We were sent Cheeky Charlie bird from the Little Live Pets. My son immediately started playing with the bird.  It was eimple for him to figure out how Charlie did all the different whistles and sounds. His favorite feature was the say what I say.  Not only would he have Charlie repeat what he was saying but he was holding Charlie up to his siblings and having Charlie repeat them! Plus he would hide and and then have Charlie repeat what they were saying.  Charlie keeps my kids very entertained!

Little Live Pets offers birds and butterflies. The birds and the butterflies both come in 6 different colors and can be purchased from Amazon for  approximately $22.00. What is your favorite feature of these fun little toys?

  13. Since I don’t have the space for a real bird, this is for us. My kids will certainly want this when I show them this review.

  14. So so cute. My kids would love this!!

  15. How fun! This would be perfect for kids who can’t have real pets. It’s almost as fun, plus there’s no clean up.

  16. What a cute toy. I’d much rather have this kind of bird in our house than a real one.

  17. OMG these are adorable I love how they repeat what you say in the video way too cute!

  18. We always look at birds at the pet store, but I can’t take on the commitment… my toddler would LOVE this for Christmas!!

  19. We have one and my kids love, love, love it… it is so cute and so much fun… I love it’s little voice. HA!

  20. That’s adorable. My niece would love this.

  21. This is the perfect pet! You don’t have to feed it, and you don’t have to pick up after it. Plus, it’s super cute.

  22. My son has been asking for a bird as a pet. I think this would probably be a better alternative.

  23. This is adorable. My girls would both love one. I am going to check these out for them.

  24. I think the parroting, or mocking if you will would be my favorite feature too. These look great!! Far less work than a real pet. 😉

  25. My son wants a real bird!! I think I should get him this instead! THANKS!

  26. Oh now this is too fun! I remember having a bird when I was younger…..my parents weren’t big fans lol

  27. Ann Bacciaglia says:

I love this. My son had a toy parrot that would talk but this is so much better. This would make a great gift for a little one. I wish my kids were at a age to enjoy this great toy.

  28. Lol! How cute! This would make the perfect first pet!

  29. Jenna Wood says:

Awesome, I know a young girl who would love one of these for her birthday, and the price range is really reasonable. Now to decide between bird or butterfly.

  30. Woah! This is pretty awesome. We have little fishies and my sons love them!

  31. This is really cute. My son LOVES birds and I think he would enjoy playing with one of these.

  32. These look cute. We are getting some digibirds very soon, which I think are super similar toys.

  33. SO darn cute!
And, I bet Cheeky Charlie makes way less mess! I had a cockatoo when I was a teenager. Cute but seriously messy LOL

  34. These things are quite amazing. I don’t know what I’d do, though, if they were made to sing all day long 🙂

  35. This is so sweet. My kids would love one, I’m going to have a look around!

  36. That’s too cute that it can repeat what kids say. I know they’d have an absolute blast with that.

  37. This is the kind of pet I want my children to have!! One I don’t become responsible for taking out for walks, feeding or grooming. Good gift item.

  38. This sounds like the perfect pet! It would certainly fit into my lifestyle very well. =D

  39. Very cute! These little pets would be a great birthday gift or great for a donation for a basket!! Thanks for the idea!

  40. I totally think my kids would love one of these, one I don’t have to be responsible for. We are trying to reward our son by checking the cats water dish and making sure he’s fed, but a five year old still is just a five year old. It usually ends up being my responsibility. I could see this as a great teaching tool for kids that want pets.

  41. Now, this is a new pet I can handle! 🙂 Love!

  42. YAY!!! I love this idea. Great way to get a special pet for my niece and nephew without making my sister mad 🙂

  43. What a cute little toy! I would have loved this too when I was younger!!

  44. What a sweet toy! My kiddo would love that!

  45. katrina g says:

that is so cute and I bet my youngest would love it!

  46. So cute! My daughter would love this!

  47. Oh my goodness! My son is obsessed with birds right now, ge would love this!

  48. Cheeky Charlie is the perfect pet for my hectic lifestyle. He’s cute, and I don’t have to feed him or clean up after him. Yay!
