SwimWays Is Helping My Kids Learn How To Swim This Summer!

At the beginning of the summer my 5 and 3 year old children did not know how to swim. I had planned on putting them in swim lessons but now then never got around to doing so instead I have been using SwimWays products to help my children feel comfortable in the pool.

I started both of them out in the Sea Squirts Swim Assist.  I knew as soon as they saw this life jacket with it’s fun shark fin on the backside they would be receptive to wear a floatation device.  Sure enough they were, they were excited to wear it and couldn’t wait to get into the water!

The Sea Squirts Swim Assist has a wonderful training feature that grows with your child with the three removable flotation pads for adjustable buoyancy as your child develops swimming confidence and skills.  I feel like my children are completely safe while they are learning because the Sea Squirts Swim Assist is made of quality neoprene outer shell and fabric liner for extreme comfort.  My children do not even know they have it on because it is so flexible and lightweight.

My daughter took to it nicely and she has made great strides in learning to swim. She actually wants to learn. We hold her hands and walk around the pool while she kicks her feet. At times she tries to get brave and wants the Sea Squirts Swim Assist off but she is nowhere near ready for that just yet. While our son is reluctant. He is the child that only wants to sit on the pool steps or wants someone to hold him in the water.  We need to continue to build up his confidence.  Once they are comfortable I will move them up to the Power Swimr which is a graduated flotation device that advances swimming ability at your child’s own pace.

My husband and  I recently put our baby in the pool for the 1st time.  She likes it especially splashing the water with her little hands.  I sometimes hold her but it can be difficult to do so with 4 other children. The little ones tend to hang on me so I use the Baby Spring Float With Canopy for her.

My baby loves being in her float. She even at times is so comfortable that she dozes off to sleep.  The Baby Spring Float With Canopy is not scratchy or made with those powerful plastic fumes like other baby floats are but they are made with a fabric-covered inflation and a soft mesh seat for durability and comfort.  Not only is it comfortable and durable but it is completely safe for baby as baby is placed in the center of gravity lowers plus it has safety valves and dual air chambers ensure security.  The Jet Valveβ„’ technology – inflates and deflates easily, storing nicely back in the carry tote it comes in.  Living in Florida my favorite feature is the  adjustable and removable canopy for added shade.  The canopy not only keeps her from being sunburned but keeps all the splashing off of her face from her older siblings!

SwimWays offers a full line of products that can keep your children safe and learning how to swim. With various sizes and devices.  The Sea Squirts Swim Assist is available in small, medium and large and sells for $29.99, the Powr Swimr is available in small, medium and large – prices range from $20.99 to $22.99 and the Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy comes in several colors and sells for $29.99.  All of the above items can be purchased at a local retailer near you or on-line.
