Toys, toys, toys. I love this time of the year but it gets so commercialized. Yes, we purchase toys and other items for our children for Christmas but we have a limit. I want my children to never forget the real meaning of Christmas, the birth of Christ. We have raised our children in God’s Word, bringing them up in a Christian home. Daily we do devotionals and Bible studies but sometimes my littler children get antsy. So when I teach them it has to be attention-getting and fun in order for it to make an impact for them not to forget. One of the ways in doing so is by using a new product by Go Bible called Ani-Mates

A stuffed animal helps me teach my children about God’s Word? Yes but it’s not just a stuffed animal.  Ani-Mates are talking stuffed animals that bring over 30 preloaded, professionally recorded children’s Bible stories to vivid life for young listeners. The Ani-Mates-a bear and a puppy, with a lamb coming for the Easter season-feature mouths that move in simulated speaking as digitally recorded Bible stories play through hidden speakers.  Plus, with the download of a free app, children can watch the stories come to life on a smart phone as they listen to the stories being told!

Quick free download of App so that children will have the visual and audio experience.

Parents or caregivers can record a personalized gift message for the children making it personalized.

The Ani-Mates definitely holds my children’s attention and sit and listen to the Bible stories and songs. There is such a large selection too – 35 preloaded Bible Stories and songs! Their favorite is to plug it into my iPad and use it with the App which offers animated Bible stories or the songs which includes the words to the music.  My daughter will sit and listen to several Bible stories for quite sometime not only is she having fun but she is soaking it all in, learning at the same time. My 7 month baby enjoyed the animation of the Ani-Mate, the dogs mouth moving. She was memorized. When I received the Ani-Mates in the mail I thought it was going to be complicated and hard to use but it wasn’t at all.  Not only is it easy to use but it has so many different modes: Story Mode which you play with the pre-loaded stories, play with the App which is configured specifically designed for the Ani-Mate and lastly you can  record a personal message encouraging children.

The Ani-Mates stuffed animals come in 2 styles: a dog and a bear. Both animals can be purchased directly from Go Bible for $49.95. This would make a perfect gift for any child!
