Smiles from ear to ear, giggles and squeals from my kids, as we walked through the entrance of  The Magic Kingdom. I can understand why they call it the happiest place on earth! As a kid I can remember some of the best family vacations going to Magic Kingdom. The rides, the shows, the characters! So much to do and see!

Fairytale dreams come true for children of all ages at Magic Kingdom park. With classic attractions, enchanting fireworks, musical parades and beloved Disney Characters across 6 whimsical lands. See fantasy become a reality as you explore Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and Main Street, U.S.A areas. Zoom through space, become a swashbuckling pirate and watch fireworks light up the sky over Cinderella Castle.

Come along and see our Magical day at The Magic Kingdom for yourself:

To get to The Magic Kingdom from the parking lot you can either take the ferry or the Monorail across,we let our kids pick  – they picked the Monorail.

Once through the entrance we were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed. We started off in Tomorrow Land.

The rides our family enjoyed in Tomorrow Land were:

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin (Fire off lasers to defeat Zurg in this shooting-gallery game that puts you in the center of a thrilling space battle.)

Space Mountain (The roller coaster blasts off on a rip-roaring rocket through the darkest reaches of outer space.)

Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover (Embark on a 10-minute tour of Tomorrowland aboard this emission-free mass transit system of the future.) This ride is so relaxing!

Tomorrowland Speedway (Put the pedal to the metal in your very own hot rod while cruising along a scenic miniature motorway.)

Next to Tomorrowland is FantasyLand. This section of Magic Kingdom is geared to preschool and early elementary age children which is perfect for my family.

Rides such as:

Mad Tea Party (Spin ‘round and ‘round in a giant teacups during a madcap music-filled adventure.)

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (Travel through Hundred Acre Wood in an over sized Hunny Pot)

Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid (Go below the waves for a splashy musical adventure featuring famous scenes from this cherished animated classic.)

“it’s a small world (Embark on a whimsical boat ride past a jubilant confection of singing children from around the globe.)

Peter Pan’s Flight (Fly over London with Peter Pan aboard a magical pirate ship to Never Land.)

Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station (Set the kids loose under the Florida sun and relax as they get wet at a whimsical open play area based on the friendly circus locomotive from Walt Disney’s Dumbo.)

Dumbo the Flying Elephant (Soar high in the sky on a whimsical flight over Storybook Circus)

Our adventure continued over to Frontierland where our fun continued with rides such as:

Country Bear Jamboree (Have a knee-slappin’ good time at this jolly country-and-western show starring a hilarious bunch of singing bears.)

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (Streak through a haunted gold-mining town aboard a rollicking runaway mine train.)

Tom Sawyer Island (Brave an adventure all your own at this rustic, secret hideaway inspired by the stories of Mark Twain.)

Splash Mountain (A rollicking log flume ride featuring characters and songs from the classic Disney film Song of the South.)

Our last stop was Adventureland and Liberty Square.

The Hall of Presidents (Behold all 43 U.S. Presidents on stage together in a patriotic celebration tracing the history of the United States.)

Liberty Square Riverboat (Cruise the scenic Rivers of America aboard the Liberty Belle and take a gander at life in the U.S. over a century ago.)

Pirates of the Caribbean (Set sail on a swashbuckling voyage to a long-forgotten time and place when pirates and privateers ruled the seas.)

Jungle Cruise (Set sail for high adventure on a tour of the most exotic and “dangerous” rivers in Asia, Africa and South America.)

Our day was a fun action packed day. With my scheduling of homeschooling and my husband who works outside of the house it was a time to get away as a family and enjoy The Magic Kingdom and time as a family. This trip was a time I will cherish forever. The expressions on my children’s faces as they boarded a ride for the first time and the wonder on their faces was priceless. They enjoyed it so much that we have our next trip planned next month to go back.!

There is so much to do other. The Magic Kingdom has something for every age. Entertainment such as meet and greet the Disney characters, parades, fireworks and much more! Plus this park has a huge array of dining experiences too where you can watch shows or meet characters up close.

We had a fun-filled day from early morning to evening. As we stayed to enjoy the fireworks on our way out.

Not to mention Disney’s other attractions in Orlando too – Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney. Stay on Disney grounds and have everything you need right at your finger tips! So where are you planning your next vacation?
